There’s the handy “In-A-Top” broiler and griddle. The distinctive and incredibly efficient “Daisy” style cooktop burners. All features that make cooking with a Chambers so enjoyable and no-fuss, plus inspiring beauty that will make your kitchen one of the most appealing rooms in your house.

Sorry for “Amarilla”’s rough and incomplete state. She has actually been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and fully mechanically serviced. Very nice original exterior porcelain, as well as speckled interior porcelain (oven, broiler, ThermoWell, and service cabinet door). Original Durachrome cooktop is in very nice condition. Plus, she has been almost totally restored, including: newly re-porcelained cooktop burners and grates, backsplash light converted to accept conventional screw-in LED bulbs, brand new thermostat, auto-lighting thermocouple safety system, de-rusted/painted interior (non-cooking) spaces, polished griddle, polished ThermoWell lid. The stoves in our inventory (with a few exceptions) HAVE NOT YET BEEN SERVICED. IE: they are in the same condition as when we pulled them out of a house. They have been used for 60+ years and most likely have never been serviced.

We will service the stove once we have secured a purchase commitment. Prices shown includes all original standard parts and full mechanical servicing, with minor repairs. (Clocks/timers cannot be repaired). Major repairs, including rotisserie motors, thermostats, safety valves, etc. can be done at extra cost. Also included is full exterior cleaning and light interior cleaning (Thorough interior cleaning available for $450-$650 depending on size of stove and intensity of dirt). Restoration of chrome, enamel, etc. is NOT included and is generally NOT available. Propane conversion is possible for most stoves and may cost extra. Conversion of “match-lit” ovens to an auto-lighting safety system is usually possible, for around $950.

We are located in Chicago. Delivery available at extra cost. Expert installation and set-up available in person or “virtually” depending on your location.

If you or your shipper are picking up a stove: We charge to expertly load or assist loading your vehicle ($250 for single oven stoves, $500 for double oven stoves over 40”), assuring a fast, safe load without injury to body, stove, or vehicle.

If you do not want us to assist/load, we roll your stove to the street, rain or shine, and remove it from our rolling platform. We provide no advice, tools, padding, boxes, etc. Either way, you should bring at least two 16' ratchet straps with 1" webbing (Do NOT use wider webbing), packing material, packing blankets, 2-3 storage bins to hold parts. If you use/keep our rolling platform to load your stove into your vehicle, the charge is $50.
